Does the DMV know how silly we think it is when they tell us that the reason for the long wait is increased security for our protection?

It's just a cover....they're really surfing the internet while they're supposed to be typing up our paperwork...lol.
Mr Hottie had to send his car title back to the DMV of IL 3 times before they finally corrected their errors....he couldn't sell the car until it was all finally done...and ended up losing $1000 on the deal because of the 2 months it took to get it all corrected. I have a way LOW opinion of the DMV right now...lol
