Sorry to hear..
sometimes emotional pain can be phsyically painful too. I don't know about a band-aid...but hugs from friends and family do help...time, hugs, and things to take your mind off stuff can help.
Spend some time with your best buds this week...maybe they can help.

If you find bandaids for inner boob-boos let me know! Hope you are feeling better soon Hon!

I find sleep to be the best healer of inner boo-boos. Lots of it. Close the curtains, turn off the phone and sleep. Assuming you have the time to do this, which may be part of the problem? Best wishes xox

Oh so do I. SO DO I! I read an article that said broken hearts hurt just as much as physical pain -- whatever brain receptors sense physical pain are the same that sense emotional hurt. Interesting, isn't it?
